TOURNAMENT DATES:	October 30, 31 and November 1, 2009
FEES:	Age Groups U-7 through U-11 - $400 Age Groups U-12 through U-16 - $450 Age Groups U-17 through U-19 - $500
SCHEDULES:	Will be posted no later than Saturday, October 24. Schedules will not be mailed. They will only be available online.

GAMES:	Three (3) minimum
COACHING CONFLICTS:	Please notify the Tournament Director at: tournamentdirector@nssc.com if you are registering a team that has a coach who also manages another team in your club that will also be entering the tournament. We will do our best to schedule games accordingly to avoid conflicts.
AWARDS:	Participation Awards: All U7 & U8 Players (No standings kept) Tourmanent Pin: All Participants Team Trophies: Awarded to 1st Place Coaches (U9 and older) Individual Medals: Awarded to 1st & 2nd Players (U-9 & Older)
APPLICABLE RULES:	FIFA Laws of the Game shall apply as modified by the USYSA and the Arizona Youth Soccer Association as described herein.
SANCTIONING BODY:	US Youth Soccer- Arizona Youth Soccer Association
ELIGIBLE TEAMS:	Developmental and Competitive Teams - Open to all AYSA, USSF, AYSO, USYSA and US Club soccer teams in good-standing with appropriate registration forms and player passes. Foreign Teams: Welcome to register with proper FIFA region or country issued player passes and documentation that each player has entered the United States legally via passport.
GUEST PLAYERS:	Maximum four (4) per team. All guest players must be registered at team check in and each player must have a state approved loan form with all appropriate signatures in addition to having a player pass and Medical Release. ROSTER SIZE:	U-7 to U-11(8v8) teams are limited to 14 players per team. U-12 to U-14 teams are limited to 18 players per team.
CREDENTIALS:	All teams will be required to ensure that their rosters on gotsoccer are current and include all players including any Guest/Loan players for the North Scottsdale Invitational no later than Wednesday,October 21. (Click here to log in and update your GotSoccer Team Roster) In addition, the follwing items are required at team check-in *US players and coaches must have a laminated 2009-10 US Youth Soccer, US Club, or AYSO player pass with a picture.* *Signed Medical Release form (Notarized if your team is from outside of Arizona)* *Copy of each players Birth Certificate if out of state.* *Guest/Loan Player Agreement (If applicable)* All foreign players must have a region-issued Player Pass, Government Issued ID Card, copy of each players Birth Certificate, and a signed/notarized Medical Release Form. NOTE: Please have all player information (Passes, Medical Releases) sorted in alphabetical order when presenting NSSC Tournament Staff for team check-in.
CHECK-IN & GAME INFO: (Revised 12/12/2008)	North Scottsdale Invitational will offer one check-in prior to the tournament. It is mandatory for all teams located within Maricopa County to register. Friday, October 30th: Maximum 2 Hours before Tournament begins at CAP BASIN COMPLEX (Registration will take place in the large tent adjacent to the CAP Soccer Fields, located on the east side of the complex.) (Click here for a map to CAP BASIN) Check-in for all out-of-town teams located outside of Maricopa County will take place at the following location and time: A minimum 2 hours prior to your first game at the tournament headquarters tent at either the CAP BASIN Soccer Complex.This is Mandatory. All teams will be required to provide a final roster update on your team account at GotSoccer no later than Monday, October 26th. Loan/Guest Player information must be added to your team roster. (Click here to log-in and update your GotSoccer Team Roster) At check-in, each team shall send one representative and present the following items for review by the North Scottsdale Tournament Staff: Signed Medical Release Form (Notarized for non-AZ teams) Copy of each players Birth Certificate if out of state 2008-09 US Youth Soccer, US Club, or AYSO player laminated pass with a picture Guest/Loan Player Agreement (If applicable) NOTE: Please have all player information (Passes, Medical Releases, and Birth Certificates) sorted in alphabetical order when presenting to North Scottsdale Tournament Staff for team check-in. - Thank You Remaining Games Check-in: Check-in for all games will take place at the tent nearest to your field a minimum 30 minutes prior to each and every game. (Player Passes are the only item required at this time.) No Exceptions. Out-of-Town Teams: Will not have a game scheduled for Friday night.
INJURIES:	If a major injury occurs that requires immediate medical attention, please do not hesitate, use a cell phone and call 911 or find the nearest Field Marshall at the soccer complex you are playing at. DISCLAIMER:	The North Scottsdale Soccer Club will not be held responsible for any reason which may affect the game format. In the event of tournament or division cancellation due to acts of God, inclement weather, or other reasons beyond the control of the North Scottsdale Soccer Club, entry fees will not be refunded.
